Orders & Payment

Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other payment options available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
We process orders quickly, so modifications or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us at support@tibetstonesshop.com as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Yes. Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from Lhasa, Tibet, China. We ship internationally to most countries worldwide.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard international shipping typically takes 10–20 business days depending on your location. Expedited options (5–10 business days) are available at checkout for select destinations.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us.
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
Please first check with neighbors and your local post office or delivery facility. If the issue persists, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at support@tibetstonesshop.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Products & Authenticity

Absolutely. All of our crystals, gemstones, and handcrafted items are authentic and sourced directly from trusted Tibetan artisans and suppliers. We do not carry synthetic or artificially enhanced stones unless explicitly stated in the product description.
Because our products are natural and handcrafted, each piece is unique. Minor variations in color, size, texture, and pattern are a natural characteristic of genuine stones and crystals — not a defect. These variations are part of what makes each piece one-of-a-kind.
The metaphysical and spiritual properties attributed to crystals and stones are based on centuries of tradition and personal belief. Tibet Stones does not make any medical or therapeutic claims. Our products are intended for decorative, collectible, and mindfulness purposes.
We recommend keeping your stones away from prolonged direct sunlight, extreme heat, and moisture. Gently clean with a soft dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners. Specific care instructions may vary by stone type — feel free to contact us for guidance on a particular piece.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us at support@tibetstonesshop.com before sending any items back. For full details, please visit our Refund Policy page.
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
