All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders that meet our minimum order threshold. Please check the checkout page for current free shipping eligibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@tibetstonesshop.com.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Tibet Stones ships internationally from China. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Delays & Lost Packages
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. Tibet Stones is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the issue persists, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Tibet Stones is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@tibetstonesshop.com, and we will do our best to make the correction before dispatch.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
