At Tibet Stones, we stand behind every product we sell. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right. Please read our policy below to understand your options.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please note: Due to the natural and handcrafted nature of our crystals and stones, minor variations in color, size, and texture are not considered defects and are not grounds for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@tibetstonesshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them to the address provided by our team.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the outcome.
Important: Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, Tibet Stones will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable shipping fees upon confirmation.

Change of Mind Returns

If you are returning an item for reasons other than a defect or error on our part, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted — for example, if an item shows signs of use, is missing parts, or is returned outside the eligible window at our discretion.

Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of our approval notice, please take the following steps:

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
  4. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@tibetstonesshop.com.
